Write the instruction in natural language. Choose who it is for, yourself or a family member, name the business or its number, set urgency, and add any constraints like allergies or preferred times. We show an estimated cost before anything dials.

Behind the scenes, MyBehalf assembles only the details the agent needs for this one call, nothing more. Consent settings decide exactly what can be disclosed.

The AI places the call

Over a real phone line, the agent dials the business, has the conversation, handles hold music and transfers, and works toward your goal, whether that is booking, rescheduling, asking, or chasing.

Decisions reach your phone

If there is a genuine choice, such as 7:00 or 8:30, you get a prompt you can answer with a tap. The agent waits, then carries on with your pick. For anything tricky, it can hand the live call straight to you.

You get the result

When the call ends, you receive the transcript, a clear summary, the outcome, and the verified cost. Confirmed bookings can flow into your calendar.
