No. The agent only ever receives a context package scoped to the task, containing the fields you have explicitly consented to disclose. Everything else stays private.
Yes. Family members are managed profiles with their own recorded consent. The same rules of minimal disclosure apply to their information.
Calls may be recorded with consent so we can give you an accurate transcript, summary and outcome. You can review these and request deletion of the artefacts.
